A new academic and research facility on Buffalo's Niagara Medical Campus — 628,000 SF across two L-shaped, 10-story structures connected by a 7-story atrium. It houses administrative offices, academic departments, teaching labs, general patient-care and surgical simulation spaces, and a dedicated BSL-3 lab. The envelope features a unitized curtainwall, aluminum metal panels, and 2,800 rain-screen terracotta panels; the project achieved LEED Gold certification.

Key contributions

  • Developed and maintained manpower reports, two-week look-aheads, open-item logs, meeting minutes, and change-order logs.
  • Performed architectural, electrical, and life-safety inspections of drywall, ceiling tie wire, spray fireproofing, putty packs, and firestopping.
